IKEA Segunda Mano
IKEA's own marketplace for second-hand IKEA furniture, where you list the piece and the buyer comes and collects it. Listings are national, so Madrid and Barcelona are both covered. Two limits decide whether it is any use to you: it takes IKEA products and nothing else, and you need a free IKEA Family account, plus you must be 18 or over and resident in Spain.
Right for you if
- IKEA furniture in one piece and in sellable condition, when you can wait for a buyer and let them collect it.
- It has to cost nothing.
- You cannot move it yourself. They come and collect.
- You would rather it was used again than buried.
Look elsewhere if
- It is one small thing you could drop off yourself.
- It is broken, dirty or missing parts.
- You live outside the area it serves.
- You cannot show proof of address.

Why use it
It is the one resale route that already knows what your furniture is, so a listing comes with a filled-in description and a suggested price rather than you guessing at both. Nothing is collected by IKEA and nothing is disposed of, so this only works for a piece somebody else still wants.
