Why use it

One of ten organisations in BSR's own directory that will collect donated furniture from your home free of charge, which is the route to reach for if you cannot carry a wardrobe downstairs and cannot pay fifty euros for BSR to do it. The shop is staffed by volunteers and people in supported employment, and gives a discount to people on ALG II and Grundsicherung. Two limits are worth knowing before you ring. They state plainly that they do not take on complete house clearances, so this is for pieces rather than for emptying a flat. And their page gives no catchment area and no condition standard for collection, so ask. Note also that donation intake days are narrower than the shop hours.
